Here for sale is a very nice 2010 Land Rover Range Rover HSE. Under the hood is a powerful 5.0 Liter V8 which puts power to the intelligent AWD system via a smooth shifting automatic transmission. Exterior features include; keyless entry remote with one master key, Xenon headlights, fog lights, front/rear parking sensors, back up camera, tow hitch receiver, Adjustable air suspension, terrain response controls, as well as 19 inch alloy wheels wrapped in 4 good Michelin all season tires.*****PLEASE ADVISE****** We bought this Rover assuming one of the heads was cracked but have since taken it to a mechanic that has assured us the heads are good. When the vehicle is cold(not previously started), it starts right up and runs and drives beautifully with no issues at all. Once the vehicle is shut off it somehow sucks coolant into the engine and fouls the spark plugs which causes it to misfire in every cylinder once its started again while still at temperature. We have driven the vehicle over 30 minutes after cold start with no issues. We have never had the car overheat or even get hotter than normal operating temperature while driving from the cold start. We do not know what is causing this issue because to properly diagnose you'd just have to start diving into the motor and taking it apart so we are selling as is with no warranty. Once the vehicle has a chance to cool down and the codes are cleared it will run fine again. Since the real issue is unknown we urge bidders to figure the worst case scenario which would be a head gasket. These 5.0 motors are known for making lots of noise due to bad timing chain tensioners but this one does not make those noises at all which makes it well worth fixing to the person who has the time and know-how to do so.
